Ravi is 27 years old, and has Duchenne muscular dystrophy. He has been working at ING's head office in London through the last few months, and ING have been learning how they can better adapt the workplace for employees with a disability.
The project at ING is linked to their corporate partnership with Muscular Dystrophy UK, which was set up by Manoj, and has raised tens of thousands for the charity. Manoj has worked at the bank for over 20 years, and his young son, Shiv, has Duchenne muscular dystrophy. He and his wife Sejal also raise research funds and awareness through their family fund Smile with Shiv.
