Translarna Campaigning

Translarna (Ataluren) was the first treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy to be approved for use in the UK. After being funded in England and Wales, it was given the green light for Northern Ireland, and then approved by the Scottish Medicines Consortium. After pressure on the government in the Isle Of Man, young Finley was given access to the treatment there. In 2018, campaigns are ongoing for access in the Republic of Ireland.

Here are some of the videos we produced and published as the campaign for its approval.
